Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Photographers:
Game passes to photographers will be given to working press only. Any photos taken at a MVSU sporting event can be used by the Sports Information Department for current or future use. Photographers must agree to this standard working an MVSU sporting event.

Game Services:
Prior to the game, fact sheets, statistics, media guides and/or game programs will be available to the media on press row. Game statistics will be distributed during media timeouts, at halftime and following the game.

Please remember that press row is a working press area and that there is absolutely no cheering or excessive noise allowed. Those who do not adhere to the rule will be asked to leave the press box or press row.

Interview policies:
MVSU student-athletes and coaches will be available for interviews throughout the season. All interviews must be cleared and scheduled through the Sports Information office.

Media members are generally welcome to attend practice sessions but must check-in with the MVSU Sports Information office prior to attending. Interviews should be conducted at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of practice. Requested coaches and players will be available to the media after a brief cooling-off period following each game.

The MVSU Sports Information office will make every effort to insure that the media gets the access and information needed to meet their deadlines.
